Kota me students suicide kyu badh rahe hain?

Kota, jo India ka coaching hub maana jata hai, aaj ek serious mental health crisis ka samna kar raha hai. Har saal hazaron students yahan apne sapne lekar aate hain – IIT, NEET aur bade exams clear karne ke liye. Lekin pressure, expectations aur loneliness ke chalte kai students depression ka shikar ho jate hain.

"Success ka pressure itna badh gaya hai ki failure ko log accept hi nahi kar pa rahe."

Major Reasons (Mukhya Karan)

1. Extreme Competition

Har student top karna chahta hai, lekin reality ye hai ki seats limited hain. Constant comparison aur rank pressure students ko mentally exhaust kar deta hai.

2. Parental Expectations

Parents apni expectations students par daal dete hain. "Doctor ya engineer hi banna hai" jaise pressure students ko guilt aur fear me daal dete hain.

3. Loneliness aur Homesickness

Kota me rehne wale students apne ghar se door hote hain. Emotional support ki kami unhe andar se weak bana deti hai.

4. Failure ka Dar

Ek test me kam marks aana bhi students ko lagta hai ki sab khatam ho gaya. Yeh negative thinking gradually depression me convert ho sakti hai.

5. Routine Pressure

Daily 10-12 ghante padhai, test, revision – bina proper break ke, brain burnout ho jata hai.

Symptoms jo ignore nahi karne chahiye

  • Bar-bar udaasi ya anxiety
  • Neend na aana
  • Padhai me interest khatam hona
  • Negative thoughts ya hopeless feeling
  • Social isolation (logo se door rehna)

Solutions (Samadhan)

1. Open Communication

Students ko apni feelings parents aur friends ke saath share karni chahiye.

2. Realistic Goals Set karein

Har koi topper nahi ban sakta, lekin har koi successful ho sakta hai apne tareeke se.

3. Mental Health Support

Counseling aur therapy lena bilkul normal hai. Isme sharm ki koi baat nahi hai.

4. Balanced Routine

Padhai ke saath exercise, meditation aur hobbies ko bhi time dena zaroori hai.

"Life ek exam se zyada important hai. Ek failure aapki puri life define nahi karta."

Conclusion

Kota ka system strong hai, lekin students ki mental health usse bhi zyada important hai. Hume ek aisa environment banana hoga jahan success ke saath mental well-being bhi equally important ho.
